What the Extension Does

Zillow Price/SqFt reads publicly visible listing data from Zillow pages you are already viewing — specifically the price and square footage shown on each property card — and calculates a price-per-square-foot value, which is displayed as a badge overlay on those cards.

Data Collection

• No data is collected from you or your device.
• No data is transmitted to any external server.
• No browsing history, listing data, or personal information is stored or shared.
• The extension does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party services.

Local Storage

The only data stored is your enable/disable preference for the overlay toggle. This preference is stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local and never leaves your device.

Host Permissions

The extension requests access to https://www.zillow.com/* solely to read the listing price and square footage that Zillow already displays to you. It does not read, alter, or transmit any other page content.

No Personal Data

The extension does not access, request, or process:

• Your name, email address, or account information
• Your location or IP address
• Your Zillow account or saved searches
• Any form inputs, cookies, or session data
