Out-of-network insurance

We don’t bill insurance directly. Each month you get a superbill to send to your plan, and many PPO plans pay part of it back. Call the number on your card and ask about out-of-network outpatient mental health.

Good Faith Estimate

If you’re not using insurance, the No Surprises Act gives you the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. You get one before the first session.

Cancelling

Cancel 24 hours ahead and there’s no charge. Inside 24 hours, the session is billed at your sliding-scale rate, with the first one each year waived.
