How the visit goes

  1. Grab a time or walk in

Booked times go first. Walk-ins are seen in order between them.

  2. Quick triage

A nurse checks you within minutes of arriving, so anything serious is caught fast.

  3. See a clinician

A doctor or nurse practitioner examines you and treats you on the spot when they can.

  4. Leave with a plan

Prescriptions go to your pharmacy before you reach the parking lot.

What it costs

Same-day visit, self-pay $125

Sample price, paid at the visit. No bill afterward.

Using insurance?

We take most PPO plans, Medicare, Medi-Cal and Covered California plans. Your copay depends on your plan, and we’ll tell you what it is before your visit.

Questions

When should I go to the ER instead?

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, a head injury with confusion, heavy bleeding or a broken bone that pokes through the skin.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, every day we’re open. Booking a time online is faster, because booked visits are seen first.

Can kids use same-day care?

Yes, from age one. For babies under one, call us and a nurse will help you decide where to go.
