Your first visit is 40 minutes with your clinician, twice as long as a regular visit, so nothing gets rushed.

    Pick a line and a time. You’ll get a text confirmation right away.

  2. Forms on your phone

    Health history and insurance, done before you arrive.

  3. Arrive 5 minutes early

    Free parking behind the building, with an elevator to the clinic.

  4. Meet your clinician

    New patients get a longer first visit, so nothing is rushed.

  5. Notes in the portal

    Visit summary, results and next steps, the same day.

What to bring

  • A photo ID
  • Your insurance card, if you have one
  • A list of medicines and doses, or the bottles
  • Your old clinic’s name, so we can request records
  • For kids: the shot record

Yes. Six of our eight clinicians are taking new patients right now. You can filter by language and focus on the Providers page.

Do you take my insurance?

We take most PPO plans, Medicare, Medi-Cal and Covered California plans. Call us with your member ID and we’ll check before you book.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Our self-pay prices are posted on this site and paid at the visit. No surprise bills.

Where do I park?

Free parking behind the building on the side street, with a ramp and an elevator to the second floor.

What languages do you speak?

English, Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi and Yoruba among our team, plus phone interpreters for any other language at no cost.
