Buy a ticket. Get a bowl.

Fourteen seats on Sawtelle, six bowls and one ticket machine by the door. Order ahead for pickup, or join the line from your phone.

    Pick your bowl on the machine by the door. Card or phone, no cash needed.

    Hand over the ticket

    Give it to the cook and say how you like your noodles: firm, regular or soft.

    Eat

    Slurping is welcome. Ask for extra noodles before your broth gets cold.

Press a bowl and a ticket prints into your tray. Pick a pickup time and pay when you get here. Toppings, sides and drinks are on the full machine.
