What it feels like
- Some scraping sounds, which headphones mostly cover
- A little sensitivity on the gums if it has been a while
- Nothing sharp. If it is, raise your hand
Comforts that help with this one
- HeadphonesNoise-canceling, with your own playlist or ours.
- SunglassesFor the overhead light, so you can close your eyes or not.
- Quiet visitNo small talk. We only talk when we need to.
Good questions.
How often should I come in?
Every six months for most people. If your gums need more care, every three or four months for a while.
It has been ten years. Will you judge me?
No. Lots of our new patients haven’t been in for years, and that is exactly who we built this place for. We start where you are.
