Concept site Sixforty Coffee is a fictional coffee roaster, designed and built by Patrick Bushe to show what I make for coffee roasters. Fictional, by Patrick Bushe

6:40 amin L.A.

A coffee for every hour of the day.

Six coffees, each roasted for the time you drink it. This sky is the sky over Los Angeles right now. Drag through the day to see what we’d pour.

The day, in six bags.

From a bright Ethiopian before sunrise to a decaf that still tastes like coffee after dinner. Every bag is roasted to order and printed with its hour.

Set it like an alarm.

Pick a coffee and how often it should show up. We roast on Monday and Thursday and ship the same day, so it lands when you need it, not when you remember.

Next roast Monday at 6:40 am

Roasted at 6:40, twice a week.

We roast on a 15-kilo drum in Frogtown every Monday and Thursday morning, then pack and ship the same afternoon. Your coffee leaves us less than a day after it leaves the roaster.

This is where you’d pay.

Sixforty is a concept store, so nothing is for sale.

On a live Shopify store this button opens checkout with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards, your bag carries straight over, and subscriptions run through a subscription app like Shopify Subscriptions or Recharge.

Patrick Bushe designed and built Sixforty to show what a coffee store can look like.
