Still stuck? Email hello@example.com. A real person answers, usually within a day.
We roast on Monday and Thursday mornings and ship the same afternoon, so your coffee is never more than a day old when it leaves. Orders after a roast go out with the next one.
Pick a coffee, a size, a grind and how often. Every bag is 15% off and ships free. Skip a delivery, swap coffees or cancel any time from your account, no phone call needed.
Whole bean stays fresh longer, so grind just before you brew if you can. If you don’t have a grinder, pick your brewer and we’ll grind for it on roast day.
Coffee tastes best from about 5 to 30 days after roasting. Keep it in the bag, sealed, away from light. Skip the freezer unless you’re keeping it for more than a month.
Orders over $40 and every subscription ship free in the U.S. Under $40, shipping is $6. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 days.
