We don’t do decks, roofs or handyman lists. We do these four, all day, with our own framers, finish carpenters and tile setters.
Kitchens
Full gut or layout-only, with cabinets, counters, lighting and appliances handled by one crew and one schedule.
Baths
Powder rooms to primary suites: waterproofed right, tiled straight, with the plumbing moved where you want it.
ADUs
Detached units, garage conversions and junior ADUs, from the city’s plan check to the last coat of paint.
Additions
Bump-outs, second stories and opened-up floor plans, engineered and framed so the new part looks like it was always there.
