Questions
Up or out?
Out is usually cheaper per square foot; up keeps your yard. A second story needs the existing foundation checked by our engineer first.
Do we need to move out?
For most bump-outs, no. For a second story, plan on four to eight weeks away while the roof is open.
Will it match the house?
We match siding, stucco texture, rooflines and trim, and we photograph the existing details before we start.
