Questions
Can I build an ADU on my lot?
Most single-family lots in Los Angeles can fit one. We do a free feasibility check from your parcel map and photos, and tell you what fits before you spend anything on design.
How long does the city take?
Plan check in Los Angeles usually takes eight to fourteen weeks. Using a city-approved standard plan can shorten that.
Can an ADU pay for itself?
Many owners rent them out. We’re builders, not financial advisors, so we’ll give you real build costs and you can run the rental numbers with your own advisor.
