Questions

Can we keep living in the house?

Yes, almost always. We seal the work area with zip walls, run a HEPA air scrubber and set up a temporary kitchen corner with your fridge and a microwave.

Do you supply cabinets or can I buy my own?

Either. We work with three local cabinet shops, or we install cabinets you buy, as long as we can check the order before it ships.

When do I pay?

A deposit of 10% or $1,000, whichever is less (California’s limit), then payments tied to finished milestones on the schedule. Never ahead of the work.
