Chrome has this built in: right-click the tab you want to keep and choose "Close other tabs". If you'd rather keep the others for later, Tab Manager's "Sleep other tabs" button, or Alt+Shift+S, puts every other tab in the window to sleep instead, freeing their memory without closing them.
