Website Redesign
A redesign that keeps what already works: the pages Google sends people to, the links other sites point at, and the words customers search for. I list every page before anything changes, design and build the new site, and check every page again before the switch.
Prefer email? hello@bushe.co · or get a free audit first
A new design for every kind of page, laid out for phones first, in your brand or a refreshed one.
Every live URL is listed first. Pages that keep their address stay as they are; the rest get 301 redirects, so old links and search results still land.
Clear next steps, short forms and tap-to-call on every page, so the new site asks for the business.
Lighter pages and images that load quickly on a phone connection.
Brands I’ve designed and built for
Two recent projects, and why one got a full redesign and the other didn’t.
This site was a single-page JavaScript app, so every page needed scripts to show its text. I rebuilt it in Astro, so every page is plain HTML, with old addresses redirected to the new pages.
Google clicks went from 75 in April 2026 to 6,293 in September (Search Console). To be fair about it: most of that came from new pages the rebuild made easy to add, not from the new look alone. How the rebuild works
The client asked about a redesign, then chose to fix the site they had first. After a full backup: a new office address, a bio page, broken PDF and Word links repaired, downloads moved under the right article, typos fixed, a sitemap added, and a stray word removed that had kept the client login from staying signed in.
Every page was compared with the live site before and after, and it went live in a day.
Here’s how I’d decide, and I’ll tell you the same after the free audit.
Working sites I designed and built for made-up businesses, so you can try the real thing before you hire me. Each one has a case study. See all 26

Which pages get traffic and inquiries (from Search Console and your analytics), what visitors can’t find, and what’s worth keeping.
Every page listed before the redesign, with its new address or a 301 redirect, set at your host before launch.
Key pages designed in Figma. You approve each screen before the build starts.
Pages, posts and images moved to the new site, with copy rewritten where it’s unclear or out of date.
Titles, descriptions, headings, links and schema compared between the old site and the new one before the switch.
Analytics and Search Console set up on the new site, with form sends counted, so you can see what the redesign changed.
Optional add-on
A better site brings in more inquiries. An AI add-on makes sure none of them wait. I build it alongside your site, so it launches with everything else.
Answers visitor questions from your site’s content around the clock, and captures the lead when they’re ready to talk.
Answers your phone, books appointments, and takes messages when nobody can pick up.
Replies to every contact form within seconds, asks your qualifying questions, and books a call.
Priced into the same fixed quote as your site: one project, one launch. Curious what it would save? Try the AI ROI calculator.
I go through your current site and tell you plainly whether it needs a redesign or just fixes.
One price for the design, the build, the content move and the redirects. You get it within 48 hours of our call.
Design over about 2–4 weeks, then the build over about 4–8 weeks, on a preview link you can click through.
Redirects live, the sitemap sent to Search Console, a walkthrough of how to edit it, and 30 days of support.
A full redesign starts at $5,000, the same as a new custom site, since the design and build are new. The price depends on how many kinds of pages there are, how much content moves and what the site connects to. Small fixes to a site you keep are billed by the hour, at $100 an hour.
Every project includes discovery, design iterations, development, launch, and 30 days of post-launch support. Fixed scope, no surprise billing.

Founder · Lead designer & developer
I design and build websites, ecommerce stores, and digital products from Los Angeles. Every project is founder-led — when you hire bushe.co, you're working with me directly, not a junior team or an offshore handoff.
Past clients include Rob Dyrdek, Peels, Street League Skateboarding, DTA Posse, Pasadena Bar Association, and SpringClick. I use AI tools throughout the process to ship faster — without making the work generic.
My full redesigns start at $5,000. A site with a few page layouts and little content to move sits near that; a store, many service pages or connections to other software cost more. If your site only needs fixes, I bill those at $100 an hour instead.
It shouldn’t, if the URLs stay or redirect properly and the words on each page carry over. Most drops after a redesign come from changed addresses with no redirect, deleted pages or lost titles. The URL map and the page-by-page check are there to stop that. Rankings can move a little while Google recrawls the new pages.
Usually about 6 to 12 weeks: around 2–4 weeks of design and 4–8 weeks of building, depending on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back.
If people already find you and get in touch, and the problems are small, fix it. Redesign when the site looks dated, doesn’t work on phones, doesn’t turn visitors into inquiries, or is too hard to change. The free audit tells you which one I’d do.
I redesign on WordPress, Shopify and Astro. If you’re on a builder like Wix or Squarespace, I can move the site to one of those as part of the redesign, keeping your URLs or redirecting them.
Not all of it. Most of what you have moves over. I rewrite what’s unclear and point out what’s missing, like a page for a service people search for that you don’t have yet.
