How long does a Shopify build take?

Most full builds are 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Theme rebuilds (existing store, design + dev refresh) are typically 4–6 weeks. Custom integrations or B2B/Plus work can extend the timeline.
Do you work on Shopify Plus?

Yes. Plus-specific work — custom checkout, Shopify Scripts, B2B portals, Launchpad campaigns, Flow automation, multi-store. Most of my recent ecommerce work is on Plus.
Can you migrate me to Shopify from another platform?

Yes, but case-by-case. WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and Squarespace migrations are well-traveled paths. I'll assess your data, integrations, and SEO setup during discovery and tell you honestly whether migration makes sense.
Do you use third-party Shopify apps or build custom?

Both. I default to the right app when a good one exists — Klaviyo for email, Recharge for subscriptions, Yotpo for reviews. I build custom when your specific need doesn't have a clean app fit. Either way, the integration is done cleanly.
What about ongoing support after launch?

30 days of post-launch support is included with every build — bug fixes, training, small adjustments. After that, monthly retainers are available for ongoing development, optimization, and new features.
What if I already have a Shopify store but it's underperforming?
