Chrome's own tools go a long way: tab groups, which Chrome can save and reopen later, separate profiles for work and personal browsing, and the Reading list. Tab Manager adds three things: named sessions that save a window's tabs and restore them asleep, a search across every open tab, and automatic sleeping of idle tabs. It doesn't sync between computers.
