Extension to Remove In-Video Sponsorship Segments

Many YouTubers read sponsor messages inside the video itself, so ad blockers can't remove them the usual way. SponsorBlock solves this with a shared database where viewers mark where each sponsor segment starts and ends. Ultimate Adblocker can use that data: turn on "Skip sponsor segments" in its YouTube settings and it jumps past marked sponsor reads, with a short note on the player each time. It's off by default because it has to ask SponsorBlock's server about each video. It sends only the first 4 characters of a scrambled video ID, so the server can't tell which video you're watching. Brand-new uploads may not have their segments marked yet.
