How to Force Tabs to Sleep in Chrome Desktop

Chrome's Memory Saver decides on its own when to sleep tabs. To do it on demand, Tab Manager's "Sleep other tabs" button, or Alt+Shift+S, puts every other tab in the window to sleep at once, and each tab in its list has its own sleep button. It uses Chrome's built-in tab discarding, so sleeping tabs keep their place and icon in the tab bar. It won't sleep a tab that's playing sound.
