How to Open Multiple Links in New Tabs at Once

Tab Manager has no bulk open. In Chrome, Ctrl-click (Cmd-click on a Mac) or middle-click each link to open it in a background tab without leaving the page. For links you open often, put them in a bookmark folder, then right-click the folder and choose "Open all". For a list of plain-text addresses, some extensions open them all at once; check their permissions first.
