How to Turn Off YouTube Preview Autoplay

Videos that start playing when you hover over them are YouTube's inline playback. To turn it off, click your profile picture, then Settings, then Playback and performance, and switch off Inline playback. YouTube still shows a 3-second preview on hover after that. Ultimate Adblocker doesn't change hover previews; its "Turn off autoplay" switch is about the next video starting after one ends.
