Simple Tool to Change Scroll Animation in Edge

Edge is built on Chromium, so it already smooths mouse-wheel scrolling like Chrome, and it has no setting for the animation's speed or feel. Edge has sometimes offered experimental scrolling options at edge://flags (search for "scroll"), but they come and go. To change how far each notch scrolls, use Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > "Lines to scroll at a time"; for a smoother glide on a Logitech mouse, turn on smooth scrolling in Logi Options+.
