Chrome on Windows has auto-scroll built in: click the mouse wheel, then move the pointer a little below the icon that appears, and the page scrolls on its own; move further to go faster, and click again to stop. On Mac and Linux it isn't built in, and auto-scroll extensions in the Chrome Web Store add it; check their reviews and permissions before installing one.
