Tool to Stop YouTube from Tracking Watch History

Hiding recommendations doesn't stop YouTube from recording what you watch. To stop that, turn off YouTube History in your Google account's activity controls, where you can also delete what's already saved. With history off and little past history, YouTube stops showing recommendations on the Home page, which some people see as a bonus. Watching while signed out or in a private window also keeps videos out of your account's history. Ultimate Adblocker blocks ads and trackers, but it doesn't change what YouTube records when you're signed in.
