Calendly pricing, plan by plan

Calendly has a free plan and three paid ones. Here’s what each one costs, what you get, what a team pays in a year, and when a free alternative makes more sense. Prices are from Calendly’s pricing page, checked October 13, 2026.

Calendly prices at a glance

  • Free: $0, for one kind of meeting.
  • Standard: $10 a seat a month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly.
  • Teams: $16 a seat a month billed yearly, or $20 billed monthly.
  • Enterprise: from $15,000 a year, starting at 50 seats.

A seat is a person who connects a calendar and hosts meetings. The people who book time with you don’t need a seat or an account. Paying yearly saves 17% on Standard and 20% on Teams.

Is Calendly free?

Yes. The Free plan doesn’t expire, and it covers the basics: a booking page you can customize, one-on-one meetings and the browser extension. Its limits are what push people to pay:

  • One event type. You get one kind of meeting, such as a 30-minute call. Adding a 60-minute consult needs Standard.
  • One calendar connection. If you keep a work and a personal calendar, Calendly can check only one of them for conflicts.
  • One-on-one meetings only. Group meetings start on Standard, and round-robin team scheduling on Teams.
  • No reminders, automations or payments. Automatic reminders, the HubSpot and Mailchimp connections, and taking payments through Stripe or PayPal all start on Standard.

What each paid plan adds

Standard

Everything in Free, plus unlimited event types, more connected calendars (the plan comparison lists 6), reminders and other automations, group meeting types, HubSpot and Mailchimp connections, and payments at booking through Stripe or PayPal. It’s the plan for a consultant, coach or freelancer who offers more than one kind of meeting.

Teams

Everything in Standard, plus round-robin and team scheduling, forms that qualify leads and route them to the right person, event types an admin manages for everyone, Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot connections, and advanced admin controls. Single sign-on is an optional add-on.

Enterprise

Starts at $15,000 a year and 50 seats, through Calendly’s sales team. It adds SSO and SAML, domain control, audit logs, a data deletion API, Microsoft Dynamics, and dedicated onboarding and support.

The AI add-ons

Calendly also sells two add-ons for Standard and Teams: Notetaker, which joins Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls to record them and write recaps, and Callie, an assistant in beta that schedules meetings over email. Neither comes with the base price, and both work only in English for now.

What Calendly costs in a year

  • Just you on Standard: $120 a year billed yearly, or $144 paying monthly.
  • 5 people on Teams: $960 a year billed yearly, or $1,200 paying monthly.
  • 10 people on Teams: $1,920 a year billed yearly, or $2,400 paying monthly.

Only hosts count as seats, so a team of 5 that takes thousands of bookings still pays for 5.

Which plan do you need?

  • Stay on Free if you offer one kind of meeting and use one calendar.
  • Pick Standard if you need more meeting types, more calendars, reminders, or payment at booking.
  • Pick Teams if meetings or leads get shared between people, or you need Salesforce.
  • Talk to sales about Enterprise only at 50 seats or more, or when IT needs SSO, audit logs and domain control.

A free alternative: Cal.com

If Calendly’s free limits are the problem, Cal.com (affiliate link) is worth a look. Its free plan is for one user and includes unlimited event types and calendars, email and SMS notifications, payments through Stripe and PayPal, two-way Salesforce and HubSpot sync, and a one-click import of your Calendly events.

Its Teams plan, for shared availability and round robin, costs $12 a user a month billed yearly or $16 monthly, with a 14-day free trial. Organizations is $28 a user a month billed yearly. Cal.com also has an open-source edition, Cal.diy, that a developer can host on their own server, though Cal.com recommends it for personal use rather than production.
