About Australian Patience
Australian Patience deals four upturned cards to each of seven tableau piles. The four foundations sit above them, and the aim is to move all the cards up to those foundations by suit, from ace to king. There is no redeal.
On the tableau, cards build down by suit, and a group can move onto a card one rank higher in the same suit. Only a king can go into an empty pile. Each card moved to a foundation scores 100 points, and the game ends once the stock is used up with no moves left.
