The Pasadena Bar Association (PBA), established over a century ago, is a leading professional organization dedicated to advancing the legal profession in Pasadena and the surrounding region. It brings together attorneys across diverse practice areas—including Business Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Real Property, Taxation, Trusts & Estates, and more—offering resources for networking, career development, continuing education, community outreach, and public service initiatives.I was responsible for building the official website (pasadenabar.org) from the ground up, creating a modern, secure, and intuitive digital presence that serves as the central resource for members, prospective members, and the public. The site prioritizes ease of use for busy legal professionals while highlighting the association's legacy and value proposition.Key aspects of the build included:

Responsive Design & User Experience: Delivered a fully mobile-optimized layout with clear navigation, fast loading, and accessible features to accommodate users on desktops, tablets, and phones—ensuring seamless access to critical information like upcoming events, member benefits, and attorney searches.

Core Functionality: Implemented essential tools such as a searchable "Find an Attorney" directory (by name or practice area), membership application/join forms, event listings (with dynamic loading for upcoming programs like section happy hours or CLE sessions), board/trustees pages, and community outreach details (e.g., partnerships with Public Counsel).

Content & Branding Integration: Structured the site around PBA's welcoming, professional tone—incorporating the mission of empowering members through collaboration, resources, and growth. Included sections for About Us, Member Benefits, News, Contact (with P.O. Box and phone/email details), and privacy/terms pages.

Technical Foundation: Built a reliable, maintainable platform (likely CMS-based for easy admin updates by the association team), with emphasis on security for professional data and straightforward contact integration.

This project strengthened the Pasadena Bar Association's online visibility and member engagement, providing a professional gateway that reflects its long-standing commitment to the local legal community.
