What counts as an unused seat?
Seats assigned to people who have left, or who have not logged in within 30 to 90 days. Most admin consoles show last-login dates.
When should I remove seats?
Before the renewal date. Many annual contracts only let you reduce seats at renewal, and some charge for the full term once seats are added.
