Clutter on a search page is mostly the boxes the engine adds around the links. On Google, Search Cleaner hides them: the AI Overview by default, plus switches for ads, shopping, videos, "People also ask", "Things to know" and the knowledge panel. It only works on google.com and doesn't remove particular websites. For other engines, look at their own settings; DuckDuckGo, for example, lets you turn off its AI answers.
