Most search engines don't let you hide domains, so it's done in the browser. uBlacklist, a free extension, hides domains you block on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Startpage and other engines. Kagi, a paid search engine, has domain blocking built in. Patrick Bushe's Search Cleaner doesn't hide domains; it hides sections of Google's results page, such as the AI Overview and ads, and only on Google.
