How to Hide YouTube Comments on Desktop Automatically

YouTube has no setting to hide comments on other people's videos. Ultimate Adblocker has one: turn on "Hide comments" in its YouTube settings and the comment section is hidden under every video, including the comments panel. It stays on until you turn it off. It hides the section in your browser only; the comments are still there for everyone else. It works in Chrome on a computer.
