If a site buries every page in ads, you can stop it appearing in your results with uBlacklist, a free extension that hides blocked sites from Google search, so you don't land there by accident. For sites you still need, an ad blocker such as Patrick Bushe's Ultimate Adblocker removes most of the ads. His Search Cleaner hides Google's own ads and sponsored results, not other websites.
