How to Filter Explicit Ads from Google Results

When you research health topics, the sites you land on often carry ads from networks that show graphic or distressing images. Ultimate Adblocker blocks those ad networks with EasyList, so most of those banners never load, and it hides Google's own sponsored results at the top of searches. It doesn't judge what an ad shows, so it can't filter only explicit ads; it blocks ads in general. For Google's search results themselves, turn on SafeSearch in Google's settings to filter explicit images and pages. On shared or school computers, the two together keep things cleaner.
