Typing -site:pinterest.com on every search gets old fast. uBlacklist does it for you: block pinterest.com once and Pinterest results are hidden from your Google searches from then on (it hides them on the page rather than changing your query). Patrick Bushe's Search Cleaner can't block sites, but its "Images" switch hides Google's image box if that's where Pinterest keeps showing up.
