How to Clean Up the Top of Google Search Results

The top of Google's results page is usually an AI Overview, then ads, then shopping or video boxes. Search Cleaner has a switch for each: "AI Overview" (on by default), "Sponsored / Ads", "Shopping Carousel", "Videos & Reels" and more, so the first regular result moves up to the top of the page. It works on google.com search pages in Chrome.
