How to Customize Google Search Results Visually

Search Cleaner lets you decide what a Google results page shows. Its 25 switches cover the AI Overview (hidden by default), image and video carousels, shopping boxes, "People also ask", "Things to know", the knowledge panel and more, so you can keep, say, images but drop shopping. It hides sections; it doesn't move them around or block particular websites.
