How to Enable High Refresh Rate Scrolling on 144hz Monitors

Chrome already draws at your monitor's refresh rate, so 144 Hz scrolling needs no extension. Make sure Windows is actually running the monitor at 144 Hz: Settings > System > Display > Advanced display > Choose a refresh rate. Use a cable that supports it, such as DisplayPort or a recent HDMI version, and keep Settings > System > "Use graphics acceleration when available" on. On a Mac, set the refresh rate in System Settings > Displays.
