How to Enable Smooth Scrolling on Logitech Mouse

Use Logi Options+, Logitech's free app: open your mouse, go to Point & Scroll, click the scroll wheel and turn on smooth scrolling. Chrome also smooths wheel scrolling on its own by default on Windows. If your mouse has a free-spin wheel, SmartShift in the same settings controls when it switches to free spin for long scrolls.
