Magic Mouse jitter in Chrome is usually a settings or connection issue. On a Mac, open System Settings > Mouse: lower the Scrolling speed and set Natural scrolling to your taste. A low battery or Bluetooth interference can also cause erratic scrolling, so charge it and keep it near the computer. On Windows, the Magic Mouse needs a third-party driver for scrolling, and results vary.
