How to Force 60FPS Animations on Any Website

You can't force a site to animate smoothly: if a page's code drops frames, the browser can only draw what it's given. Chrome already runs at your monitor's refresh rate. To see what's slowing a page, Chrome DevTools' Performance panel records frame rates, and its Rendering panel has a "Frame Rendering Stats" overlay that shows the live frame rate. On your side, keep graphics acceleration on and close heavy tabs.
