YouTube's 2010 design can't be brought back by an extension; the site is built completely differently now. What you can do is remove the parts that didn't exist then. Ultimate Adblocker's YouTube settings can hide Shorts, live chat, merch, ticket and shopping shelves, the Home page videos and end-screen tiles, and turn off autoplay. What's left is closer to the old idea: a video, its description, comments, and a list of related videos beside it.
