How to Scroll Webpages Using Only the Keyboard

Chrome has keyboard scrolling built in: the Up and Down arrows move a little, Space and Shift+Space (or Page Down and Page Up) move a screen, and Home and End jump to the top and bottom. Chrome animates these, and holding an arrow key scrolls continuously. If the keys don't scroll, click a blank part of the page first so it has focus. Caret browsing (F7) also lets you move a text cursor through the page.
