Simple Mac Extension to Suspend Background Tabs

Tab Manager works in Chrome on a Mac, including Apple Silicon Macs: it sleeps tabs you haven't looked at for a time you choose, keeps pinned tabs and chosen sites awake, and sleeps every other tab with Option+Shift+S. Chrome's Memory Saver (Settings > Performance) is the built-in alternative. Sleeping tabs frees memory, which can mean less swapping when your Mac is short on RAM.
