Simple Manifest V3 Extension to Block AI Overviews

Patrick Bushe's Search Cleaner is a small Manifest V3 extension. It runs a content script only on google.com search pages and hides the AI Overview by its heading; it doesn't use declarativeNetRequest or block any network requests, and its only permission is storage, for your switch settings. Its other 24 switches are off until you choose them.
