Browser extensions can't sync this, because scroll settings live in your operating system and your mouse's software. Logi Options+ can back up your mouse's Point & Scroll settings to a Logitech account and restore them on another computer. Windows and macOS scroll settings are per computer, so set Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > "Lines to scroll at a time" on Windows, or Scrolling speed on a Mac, on each one.
