YouTube picks a quality from your connection speed and window size, so a small window or a slow moment means a blurrier picture. In the player, click the gear icon, then Quality, and choose "Higher picture quality" to ask for 720p or above, or Advanced to pick an exact resolution. YouTube may still lower it when your connection slows, and the choice doesn't always carry over to the next video. Ultimate Adblocker doesn't change video quality.
