Tool to Recover Lost Tabs After a Crash

After a crash, Chrome usually offers to restore your pages when it reopens. If it doesn't, open the menu, then History > Recently closed, where the lost window is listed with its tab count. Setting Settings > On startup to "Continue where you left off" makes this automatic. Tab Manager sessions are a backup only if you saved one beforehand; they're stored on your computer and survive a crash.
