Tab Manager keeps sessions inside Chrome and doesn't export them. For a file you can keep, bookmark all tabs (Ctrl+Shift+D), then export bookmarks from the Bookmark manager; the result is an HTML file you can open in any browser or text editor. For plain text, use an extension that copies every tab's address as text; check their permissions first.
