Oven Temperature Converter

Convert between Celsius, Fahrenheit, and gas mark.

Every oven scale, converted

Recipes come in Celsius, Fahrenheit, or gas mark depending on where they were written, and getting the temperature wrong ruins a bake. This converter moves between all three.

Enter a temperature and its unit and it returns the other two, including the nearest gas mark. A moderate oven of 180°C is 350°F and gas mark 4. Remember that fan ovens run about 20°C cooler.

Reliable and private

The conversion runs in your browser, so nothing you enter is uploaded.
