App to Turn Chrome Tabs into a To-Do List

Chrome's Reading list works well as a to-do list for tabs: right-click a tab and choose "Add tab to reading list", and the page stays listed in the side panel until you mark it read, so you can close the tab. For sets of tabs that belong together, Patrick Bushe's Tab Manager saves a window's tabs as a named session, such as "To buy" or "Read later", that you can restore later. It doesn't have folders, due dates or checkboxes.
