Chrome's own shortcuts are the fastest: Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab move to the next and previous tab, Ctrl+1 to Ctrl+8 jump to a tab by position, Ctrl+9 jumps to the last, and Ctrl+Shift+A opens tab search, where you can type, use the arrow keys and press Enter. On a Mac, use Cmd for the number shortcuts and tab search. You can give any extension's popup a shortcut at chrome://extensions/shortcuts, including Tab Manager's.
